What makes the Save & Build™ approach different?
Save & Build™ protects your leverage before you ever register with a builder. Many costly mistakes happen during first contact or incentive discussions. I structure decisions in advance so pricing, representation, and eligibility stay aligned from day one.
Do I have to pay you anything as the buyer?
Usually, builders pay cooperating agents in new-construction transactions, so buyers often do not pay me directly. My representation protects your interests, your registration timing, and your leverage.
How does the Buyer Credit at Closing work?
In certain transactions, and when permitted by the builder, lender, and broker, a Buyer Credit at Closing may be structured within the agreement. Where eligible and approved, the credit may be up to 50% of the buyer-agent base commission and is applied at closing. Availability depends on builder policies, lender approval, loan program guidelines, and brokerage authorization. I do not offer commission rebates.
Can we stack builder incentives with the Buyer Credit?
Sometimes. It depends on builder stacking policies, lender guidelines, brokerage authorization, and transaction limits.
