Save & Build™ protects your leverage before you ever register with a builder. Many costly mistakes happen during first contact or incentive discussions. I structure decisions in advance so pricing, representation, and eligibility stay aligned from day one.
In certain transactions, and when permitted by the builder, lender, and broker, a Buyer Credit at Closing may be structured within the terms of the agreement. Where eligible and approved within the transaction, the credit may be up to 50% of the buyer-agent base commission and is applied at closing. Availability depends on builder policies, lender approval, loan program guidelines, and brokerage authorization. These factors are reviewed in advance so expectations remain clear. I do not offer commission rebates.
